In today's financial climate and credit-orientated environment, financial management teams and recovery departments need a field support service that is able to constantly change with the demands and pressures of credit abuse and fraud. In order to keep the cost down to a minimum the client can choose which method of approach they prefer. This will be carried out by phone calls to the address (supplied by the client at point of instruction) within twenty-four hours of receipt of instruction. The same day the instruction is received a Legal Demand will be sent via second-class post.
