Personal reports: if the target is a debtor, credit-related databases will be used along with other recognised sources; if the target is not in breach of any financial agreement, separate sources of information will be consulted, including enquiries conducted by field agents if required. Subject to these distinctions, final reports will include information covering ownership of residential and commercial property, general credit-related activity, County Court judgements and possible insolvency, employment data and general lifestyle circumstances.
Company reports: if the target company is active, current and previous trading performance and general data relating to specific individuals within the managerial structure of the company along with its operation will be identified. This will be undertaken in conjunction with analysis of all related information covering current and recent company returns and accounts. Subject to requirements, field agentenquiries will also be included. If the comp[any is either dissolved, in liquidation or subject to a proposal to strike off, all relevant data will be incorporated within final reports.
